Interval Cardio

I’m sure many of you have seen that HIIT workouts are more effective than regular cardio. High intensity interval training burns fat quicker, along with improving your muscles faster. Since regular running is boring (to me) I have combined intervals into my treadmill workout. I did 30 minutes but you can do anything from 15-30 minutes. I have combined walking and running every two  to three minutes. When walking it is a high incline to keep the fat burning process going.
